Block Name on Card

You may block a credit card for a particular customer in the Transaction Center if you wish. This should take effect right away and will always block the card you set until you manually unblock it.

Block Name on Card

  1. In your Transaction Center, go to Security Settings Block Name on Card
  2. A form will come up as follows:
    Block Name on Card
  3. Enter the information for the name you want to block, and click Submit.

As noted in the form, the only required field is the Name on Card. Be careful! Anything matching the name entered will not be allowed.

If you have a specific card to be blocked it might be better to use Security Settings Block card number instead. This will ask only for the card number, and will not try to match up to other information related to the card.
